We are a leading provider of community-based social care and support services for vulnerable adults and children in England and Wales.
Our team is dedicated to helping people live independently in their own homes and be part of their local communities.
This role requires you to provide specialised support to individuals in our extra care complex, offering tailored personal care and assistance.
You will be the first point of contact for the package, providing supervisions, meetings, and support to our care workers.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes a range of benefits including enhanced DBS check and access to a vehicle.
About the Role
- Provide support to our extra care complex, offering specialised support to individuals.
- Schedule and allocate work to our care workers, ensuring personal care and all care tasks are client-specific.
- Support with medication, personal care tasks, and offer assistance within the community.
- Participate in the on-call rota and provide cover for care and Radis' housing-related support duties when emergency cover is required.
