We are seeking a Social Care Professional to join our team at Thera South West. As a valued member of our staff, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a compassionate and caring approach. If you are a self-starter with a high level of motivation, and keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you

This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a positive difference in people's lives, and is looking for a new challenge or career opportunity. You will be working closely with individuals to support them in achieving their personal goals, aims and ambitions, and providing innovative ways to help them develop new skills.

A key aspect of this role is to empower people with a learning disability to live the lives they choose, using a person-centred approach. This involves creating individualised plans to meet their needs, and providing ongoing support to help them reach their full potential.
