Housing Liaison Officer

We are seeking a skilled Housing Liaison Officer to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to residents in a diverse community. Your primary focus will be on responding to emergencies, managing incidents of low-level antisocial behavior, and supporting the effective management and reletting of void properties. You will also be responsible for giving general advice on housing options, ensuring robust tenancy sustainment, and working with internal and external partners to bring about successful outcomes. To be successful in this role, you will need a high standard of literacy and numeracy, a commitment to taking responsibility for your own learning and development, and experience working with the general public in a service delivery setting. You should be available to work immediately or at short notice and have the right to work in the UK. A basic DBS is required for this role. This is a temporary role, though assignments can be extended by clients on a longer-term basis and can sometimes become permanent.
