We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Liaison and Engagement Specialist to join our Housing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer relations and leading on resident engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement resident involvement strategies for planned and major works.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to residents, ensuring they receive the support they need.
  • Work closely with colleagues in Housing Management and Asset Management Teams to ensure delivery of co-ordinated services.
  • Identify and assist vulnerable tenants, both directly and indirectly, via liaison and/or referrals to Octavia's care and Support team and/or external agencies.
  • Manage expressions of dissatisfaction and complaints effectively.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a customer service environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in housing, specifically resident liaison.
  • Successful working with other agencies.
