Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our customers, their needs, and the communities in which they live.
- Identify and assist vulnerable tenants, working closely with our care and support services and external agencies to provide comprehensive support.

- Proficient in the use of contact centre software and systems.
- Experience of complaints and resolution.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, including Housing Acts, ASB, Crime and Policing Act, and tenancy enforcement.
