Housing Liaison Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Housing Customer Liaison Officer to join our team in South London. This is a field-based role that requires travel in and around London.
As a Housing Customer Liaison Officer, you will be part of a dedicated team providing an exceptional customer-focused service. Your key responsibility will be to deliver a friendly housing management service to our customers in a defined area.
You will work closely with Estate Services and other teams to achieve positive outcomes for both Guinness and our customers. We are looking for an experienced housing professional with excellent customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service delivery, demonstrating good communication and relationship building skills.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively.
- Utilize mobile technology to work efficiently and effectively in the field.
- Manage competing priorities, delivering value for money and achieving sustainable outcomes.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Able to demonstrate Guinness behavioral competencies and hold a full driver's license with access to a vehicle.
