Job Details

Tripod Partners is currently recruiting for an Educational Psychologist to join our team in providing support services to local authorities across England.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Educational Psychologists to work on a flexible basis and contribute to the development of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to identify areas of strength and need.
  • Working closely with schools, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised support plans.
  • Providing expert guidance on interventions to enhance emotional wellbeing, behaviour management, and learning.
  • Preparing detailed reports to inform EHCPs and other tailored strategies.
  • Supporting schools and local authorities in adopting evidence-based practices.

Position Details:

  • Location: Various local authorities across England
  • Work Pattern: Full-time or part-time available
  • Rates: £550-750 per day, depending on the local authority
  • Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Educational Psychologist with HCPC registration.
  • Substantial experience in educational settings, including statutory assessments.
  • Effective communication and report-writing skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Estimated Salary: £720-950 per day, based on experience and location. We encourage applications from experienced Educational Psychologists who meet the specified requirements.
