Supporting Learning and Development in Local Authorities

Tripod Partners is recruiting an Educational Psychologist to work with us in various local authorities across England. This role presents a unique opportunity for professionals to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized support plans, and collaborating with schools and parents to achieve optimal outcomes.

In this capacity, you will also provide expert guidance on interventions aimed at enhancing emotional wellbeing, behaviour management, and academic performance.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated daily rate for this position is between £500 and £700, contingent upon the local authority. Additionally, flexible working arrangements and PAYE or umbrella options are available.

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in educational psychology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of need.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Collaborate with schools and parents to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide expert guidance on evidence-based interventions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports to inform EHCPs and other support strategies.
