About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Psihological Support Consultant to join our team at Tripod Partners. This opportunity offers a unique chance to work with local authorities across England, providing expert support to schools and families.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering psychological assessments to meet the diverse needs of children and young people.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with schools, parents, and other professionals to develop effective support plans.
  • Providing actionable guidance on strategies to enhance emotional resilience, behaviour management, and academic success.
  • Preparing high-quality reports to inform EHCPs and tailored interventions.
  • Collaborating with schools and local authorities to promote evidence-based practice.

Details of the Position:

  • Location: Local authorities across England
  • Work Pattern: Flexible full-time or part-time options available
  • Rates: £650 per day, reflecting market expectations
  • Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Essential Requirements:

  • Registered Educational Psychologist with HCPC credentials.
  • Proven experience in educational settings, particularly in statutory assessments.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Able to work effectively independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
