Job Title: Educational Needs Assessor

At Tripod Partners, we are committed to supporting schools and families by employing a dedicated EducationaNeeds Assessor. This position requires an experienced professional who can provide essential psychological support to children and young people.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out detailed assessments to identify areas of need for children and young people.
  • Closely collaborating with schools, parents, and other professionals to develop targeted support plans.
  • Offering expert guidance on interventions to improve emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and academic performance.
  • Preparing thorough reports to inform EHCPs and personalized strategies.
  • Working with schools and local authorities to implement best-practice methods.

Important Details:

  • Location: Various local authorities across England
  • Work Pattern: Full-time or part-time available
  • Rates: £620 per day, adjusted according to local authority requirements
  • Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist.
  • Substantial experience in educational settings, particularly in statutory assessments.
  • Outstanding communication and report-writing abilities.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
