About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist to join our Home Treatment Team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative team, delivering high-quality services to young people and their families.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2.   Main Duties:
  3.     Provide high-quality person-centred care to young people and their families.
  4.     Work within the Multi-Disciplinary Home Treatment Team and alongside community team colleagues and ward-based colleagues.
  5.   For B5 Development Role:
  6.     Manage a caseload under the supervision of a Band 6 or above Mental Health Nurse/Practitioner until able to progress to a Band 6.
