Disability Case Manager

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Disability Assessor with our client, Everpool Recruitment. The starting salary for this position is GBP37,500.
This is a full-time or part-time opportunity that offers remote/hybrid working possibilities based on location.
About the PositionThe ideal candidate will possess at least 12 months of post-graduate experience in a hands-on setting within one of the following fields: Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist.
Becoming a Disability Assessor involves conducting thorough assessments with individuals who have a long-term health condition or disability to evaluate how their condition impacts daily living activities and mobility.
- The successful candidate will be actively registered with NMC/HCPC/GPhC with no restrictions on practice.
- They must also have a suitable workspace within their home environment that allows them to successfully complete their role while working remotely.
