Complex Case Coordinator

This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Living in Care Home Review Team in Cambridgeshire.
The salary for this position is up to £47,277 per annum.
Role Description:
- Leading and managing complex cases, prioritizing risk management and safety.
- Preparing comprehensive reports for courts and other stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Maintaining currency of knowledge in social policy, social work practice, and organizational procedures to inform practice decisions.
- Collaborating with the team to design and implement quality assurance systems, meeting Performance Indicators and Quality Assurance standards.
- Supporting direct reports through line management and practice supervision, fostering their professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
