Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Practitioner to join our team at esteemed colleges in Cambridge. As a Learning Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for adapting teaching styles to meet the individual needs of students.
You will support students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, working closely with relevant professionals such as speech and language therapists. You will also liaise with parents, carers, and guardians to ensure the best care of pupils.
**Job Requirements:**
- GCSEs in both Maths and English, at grade A-C or equivalent.
- A valid DBS registered with the online update service.
- Proficiency in British Sign Language (BSL) at Level 2 or above.
**Salary and Benefits:**
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus ongoing support and training opportunities.
