Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work in schools across Cambridgeshire.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will support classroom teachers in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Your Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement strategies that promote student engagement and academic progress.
- Work closely with individual students, providing additional support to help them reach their full potential.
This role offers a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Additionally, we offer a comprehensive training package to support your growth in this role.
