Learning Disability Support Assistant

**TimePlan Education is seeking an experienced Learning Disability Support Assistant to join our team.**
The ideal candidate will have a background in childcare or care support work and be passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery to ensure students with SEN receive tailored support
- Providing one-to-one support to students with complex needs, including those with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia
- Working collaboratively with the class teacher to develop and implement individualised learning plans
- Monitoring student progress and reporting back to the class teacher
- Developing strong relationships with students to enhance their confidence and well-being
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with a range of special educational needs
- Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or SEN support (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent)
- Knowledge of strategies to support children with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or other learning difficulties
Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
