Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our team in delivering education programs for students with learning disabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of these students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To act as course team lead and tutor for students with Moderate entry level learning needs.
  • To support the quality assurance process and prepare accredited work for sampling.
  • To teach English and maths at Entry and level 1, ensuring students achieve their desired outcomes.
  • To track and monitor students' progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for success.
Requirements:
  1. A strong background in teaching and education, preferably in a special educational needs setting.
  2. An understanding of quality assurance processes and the ability to prepare high-quality materials for sampling.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and students.
