Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Assistant to join our team at a reputable Secondary school in Cambridge. As a key member of the support team, you will be working closely with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in KS3 & 4.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively as part of a team, providing individualized support to students and contributing to their progress. About the Role

This is a long-term full-time position, potentially leading to a permanent contract. You will be working on a small group basis with pupils who require additional support, helping them achieve their academic potential. Your Responsibilities

- Assist teachers in supporting students with SEND
- Provide individualized support to students in KS3 & 4
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure students receive the best possible education
- Contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment
