**Job Description:** Early Years Support Specialist
**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per year
Protocol Education Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Early Years Support Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will support teaching and learning in primary school settings, covering PPA lessons and providing sickness cover when needed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, preferably as an HLTA or senior TA. They will also possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
