Reception Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Reception Teacher to join our
team at a brilliant school in the East of England. This role offers a fantastic chance to work with young children and contribute to their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the Reception curriculum requirements
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
  • Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with other educators to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behaviour
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and strong academic record
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Passion for education and commitment to supporting students' learning and development
