Early Years Apprenticeship Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Assessor to join our team at Protocol National Limited. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of early years professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and supporting apprentices in various early years programs, including Early Years Practitioner (Level 2), Playworker (Level 2), Early Years Educator (Level 2), Teaching Assistant (Level 3), and Early Years Lead Practitioner. Key responsibilities include assessing and evaluating learners' skills and behaviors, developing and implementing tailored training plans, conducting workplace observations, and maintaining accurate candidate records.

As part of this role, you will manage a caseload of 35 learners, increasing to 45 after passing probation. You will provide both remote and on-site support to help learners successfully achieve their qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Early Years, a minimum of one year's experience in a similar role, and access to a car for travel.

Additional opportunities are available for Nursery Managers or Early Years Teachers looking to transition into an assessor role. We offer the chance to gain an Assessor's qualification while on the job. Applicants must have a Level 5 Early Years qualification and at least one year of experience as a Nursery Manager.
