About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Trainer or Trainee to join our team at Realise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting learners in achieving their goals through Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or Adult Learning short courses.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support a caseload of 45 learners across the Cambridgeshire region, face-to-face and remotely.
  • Deliver a range of award-winning qualifications.
  • Create appropriate solutions for learners to ensure they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career.
  • Utilise our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey.

About You

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent.
  • Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting.
  • An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous.
  • A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous.
  • Experience in building and managing your own caseload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

The Realise Recruitment team will be in touch, regardless of the outcome. Our interview process is tailored to each role and can be in-person or held remotely. You can expect a two-stage interview process, which will comprise a 30-minute phone call with the Line Manager and a one-hour formal interview, where you will be asked to prepare and deliver a short microteach, followed by competency and behavioural questions.
