Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement engaging activities to promote children's development and learning.
- Observe, track, and reflect on children's progress to inform teaching practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the well-being of all children and staff.
- Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
