About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child's needs to promote their development.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers.
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment.
Requirements
- Fully qualified Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential).
- Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar).
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
