About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Little DISCoveries Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging activities to promote children's development and learning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements.
