Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join our permanent teaching staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a Reception class and delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that engage, inspire, and challenge children in their early years of education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Reception class and develop engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students.
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that promote academic excellence and social development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum plans.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes the welfare and safeguarding of all pupils.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
  • Proven experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception or Nursery).
  • A thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum and the ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of all pupils.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload.
