Accounts Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Allen Associates. This is a busy and diverse role for an ambitious Accounts Assistant looking to take their skills to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales and purchase ledgers
  • Processing bank payment runs for our international subsidiaries
  • Preparing monthly prepayments and accruals
  • Bank account reconciliations
  • Assisting with auditing
  • Providing administrative support across the business

Requirements:

You will be an experienced Accounts Assistant or be looking to take a step into this role. You will be a team-player, happy to pitch in where needed. It would be great to have experience with Sage, although training can be provided where necessary. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be comfortable communicating with clients on the telephone. You must be proficient with MS Office and be committed to providing work of the highest standard.
