Financial Operations Coordinator

About the Role
The University of Oxford is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide dedicated support for the financial operations within the Humanities Division and across its Faculties. The successful candidate will work closely with administrators across the Division, providing financial administration support and managing a varied workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial administration support to the Humanities Division and its Faculties
- Manage a varied workload, including tasks related to externally-funded research projects
- Establish effective working relationships with staff at all levels
- Work independently and complete day-to-day tasks with minimal direction
Requirements
- Experience of financial administration, preferably within a Higher Education environment
- Highly organized with close attention to detail
- Ability to work flexibly and manage a varied workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
