We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Allen Associates. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for the accurate processing of accounts, ensuring timely and efficient financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales and purchase ledger tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage bank transactions, including processing and reconciliations.
- Process cash and credit card expenses, maintaining a high level of financial control.
- Monitor and manage finance mailboxes, ensuring prompt response to financial inquiries.
- Assist with quarterly VAT returns, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Prepare and process journals, maintaining a high level of financial accuracy.
- Support the preparation and submission of claims, ensuring timely and accurate commercial income.
- Assist with management account activities, providing financial insights and analysis.
- Support project-related reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
Requirements
- Sound financial and administrative skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly numerate, analytical, and process-driven, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- High levels of IT literacy, with proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
