We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Support Manager to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). As a key member of our marketing department, you will provide administrative support to our Senior Leadership Team and contribute to the development and implementation of our marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide confidential clerical and administrative support to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team.
- Co-ordinate the marketing of the academy, including social media, press releases, and other external media.
- Develop relationships with local media and ensure regular coverage for the academy.
- Design and prepare the academy prospectus and other marketing materials.
- Take responsibility for the quality and standard of all documentation sent out from the school.
- Maintain and update the school website, ensuring contents remain compliant.
- Prepare a weekly academy newsletter.
- Support the maintenance of confidential staffing records and provide support in the safer recruitment process.
- Collect and file all recruitment paperwork, including interview questions and notes.
- Ensure internal systems are updated to reflect all staffing changes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Experience in marketing and administrative support.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
