Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery and operational output of the brand marketing strategy.
  • Managing product launches and overseeing the exhibition calendar, coordinating 6 shows annually.
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Creating high-quality sales collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
  • Conducting email marketing campaigns using platforms like Dotdigital or Mailchimp.
  • Building and managing relationships with the business, PR agencies, and creative agencies.
  • Carrying out customer visits approximately 1 or 2 times a month to maintain and strengthen business relationships.

Requirements:

  • Ideal background in manufacturing, engineering, or construction.
  • Valid driving licence required.
  • Exposure to exhibitions highly desirable.
  • Marketing degree advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficiency in creative software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Confident and personable with excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience working in a marketing role within a manufacturing company.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with a range of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum.
  • Hybrid working model with 3 days in the office.
  • Early finish on a Friday.
  • Business expenses such as travel are reimbursable.
