We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in St Helens, Merseyside. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of driving business growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our complex care branch in St Helens, working closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive business success. You will be responsible for managing a team of office staff, ensuring they work effectively together to deliver high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage and motivate a team of office staff, ensuring they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including service users, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in operations management, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work
What We Offer

  • An annual salary of £43,000-£47,000, depending on experience
  • A quarterly bonus scheme, based on individual and team performance
