Job Summary:
We are seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to lead our Regional Operations for Commercial Waste Management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies for multiple locations
- Liaise with the compliance team to ensure regulatory adherence
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve excellence
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Experience in Commercial/Industrial Waste Management or process industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Range:
$140,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience
