Sales and Business Development Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Foster long-term relationships with clients across various industries.
- Develop tailored sales strategies to meet client needs and achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Essential Qualifications:
- A strong background in sales and business development, preferably within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Benefits Package:
- A salary range of £45K - £48K, commensurate with experience.

- Full expense coverage for company car and mobile phone.
Work Environment:
- A standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, 8am-4:30pm.
Primary Location:
- St Helens office, with occasional site visits and overnight stays covered by the company.
