Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic relationships with new and existing customers across the UK.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key clients and prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of success in a technical sales role, preferably within the electrical engineering industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Possession of a full UK driving license and ability to travel extensively throughout the country.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Company car allowance.
- Pension contribution.
- Company phone and laptop.
- 33 days' holiday, including bank holidays.
