Senior Programmes and Partnerships Design Lead

About the Role:
Community Integrated Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Programmes and Partnerships Design Manager to join our Partnerships and Communities Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in shaping the future direction of our programme design and partnerships work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative programmes and partnerships that achieve a social impact.
- Provide strongly designed project models and roadmaps to our Delivery team, who directly implement our work.
- Build relationships with influential businesses, funders, and people to identify opportunities for impactful partnerships.
- Bring commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset to design concepts that are commercially robust.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role working with large commercial brands and partners designing programmes of work with a social impact.
- Great problem-solving abilities, analytical and research skills, and creative vision.
- Ability to identify, design, and scope a range of scalable, engaging, and resource-efficient projects across diverse themes.
