About the Role

Community Integrated Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Programmes and Partnerships Design Manager to join our Partnerships and Communities Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in shaping the future direction of our programme design work, identifying and designing impactful programmes and collaborations that drive social impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to create impactful partnerships and programmes that add real value to our charity and the lives of the people we support.
  • Design exceptional projects and partnerships that drive social impact.
  • Provide strongly designed project models and roadmaps to our Delivery team, who directly implement our work.
  • Manage a portfolio of relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial brands and partners.
  • Analyse our work to continually improve our impact and inform our strategy.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role working with large commercial brands and partners designing programmes of work with a social impact.
  • Great problem-solving abilities, analytical and research skills, and creative vision.
  • Ability to identify, design, and scope scalable, engaging, and resource-efficient projects across diverse themes.
  • Skilled at building relationships for impactful partnerships and bringing commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work productively with others and inspire and motivate teams.
