We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Design and Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships and Communities Team at Community Integrated Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in shaping the future direction of our programme design and partnerships work.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop opportunities for impactful partnerships and programmes that add real value to our charity and the lives of the people we support.
- Design and deliver exceptional projects and partnerships that meet the needs of our stakeholders and achieve a social impact.
- Provide strongly designed project models and roadmaps to our Delivery team, who directly implement our work.
- Manage a portfolio of relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial brands and partners.
- Analyse our work to continually improve our impact and inform our strategy.
- Previous experience in a similar role working with large commercial brands and partners designing programmes of work with a social impact.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical and research skills, and creative vision.
- Ability to identify, design, and scope scalable, engaging, and resource-efficient projects across diverse themes.
- Skilled at building relationships for impactful partnerships and bringing commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work productively with others and inspire and motivate teams.
