About the Role
Community Integrated Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Programmes and Partnerships Design Manager to join our Partnerships and Communities Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in shaping the future direction of our programme design and partnerships work.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to create impactful partnerships and programmes that add real value to our charity and the lives of the people we support.
- Design exceptional projects and partnerships that meet the needs of our stakeholders and deliver a social impact.
- Provide strongly designed project models and roadmaps to our Delivery team, who directly implement our work.
- Manage a portfolio of relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial brands and partners.
- Analyse our work to continually improve our impact and inform our strategy.
- Act as a leader and further our strategy, working closely with our Director of Partnerships and Communities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role working with large commercial brands and partners designing programmes of work with a social impact.
- Great problem-solving abilities, analytical and research skills, and creative vision.
- Ability to identify, design, and scope a range of scalable, engaging, and resource-efficient projects across diverse themes.
- Skilled at building relationships for impactful partnerships and bringing commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with excellent presentation, copywriting, and research skills.
- Ability to co-produce concepts and engage the people we support.
