As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in shaping the future direction of our programme design and partnerships work, identifying and designing impactful programmes and collaborations that drive social impact.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement programme design strategies that align with our charity's goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial brands and partners to design and deliver impactful programmes.
- Design and scope scalable, engaging, and resource-efficient projects that achieve a real impact.
- Lead a portfolio of relationships and manage a team of programme designers and partners.
- Analyse our work to continually improve our impact and inform our programme design strategies.
- Proven experience in programme design and partnerships, ideally with a social impact focus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical and research skills, and creative vision.
- Ability to identify, design, and scope a range of projects across diverse themes, with a focus on financial sustainability and impact.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work productively with others and inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong presentation, copywriting, and research skills, with the ability to co-produce concepts and engage with stakeholders.
