Senior Programmes and Partnerships Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Design and Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships and Communities Team at Community Integrated Care.
As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in shaping the future direction of our programme design and partnerships work, identifying and designing impactful programmes and collaborations that drive social impact.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement programme design strategies that align with our charity's goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial brands and partners to design and deliver impactful programmes.
- Design and scope scalable, engaging, and resource-efficient projects across diverse themes, ensuring financial sustainability and social impact.
- Lead a talented team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of programme design and partnerships work.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the charity to ensure our programme design and partnerships work is informed and connected to the needs of the people we support.
- Proven experience in programme design and partnerships, ideally with a social impact focus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical and research skills, and creative vision.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and design concepts that are commercially robust.
- Excellent presentation, copywriting, and research skills, with the ability to co-produce concepts and engage with stakeholders.
