QLM Search is partnering with a leading specialist Ingredients group in the UK to fill a Business Development/Sales Manager position. This role involves creating and driving customer strategies to maximise sales growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with complex food and beverage groups, reporting directly to the Sales Director and having close links to the CEO.

This entrepreneurial environment offers autonomy to build world-class partnerships with customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B Ingredients businesses or Flavor houses, where they developed skills in key account management and business development within the Food & Beverage category.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
