About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a child and their family. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the child, enabling them to live a fulfilling and independent life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to the child, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
- Support the child's physical and emotional needs, including providing emotional support and reassurance
- Work collaboratively with the child's family and healthcare team to ensure the child receives the best possible care
