We've recently expanded to new locations, and we're looking for a skilled Training Manager to join our team.

Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead our learning and development initiatives. This role involves overseeing compliance, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring that all training records are accurately maintained and reported. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, write, and deliver all training programs in line with our people strategy
  • Oversee compliance and coordinate with department heads
  • Maintain accurate training records and reports

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have professional CIPD qualifications or similar, demonstrable experience in a learning and development role, strong communication skills, excellent time management and organisational skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others succeed.
