We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Administrator to deliver our global JUMP programmes to people managers, provide tailored training to Business Managers, and support the rollout of our new Learning Experience Platform (LXP). This role offers a unique blend of global projects, training delivery, and collaboration with our People & Culture team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver virtual and in-person JUMP programmes to people managers and Business Managers
  • Design and deliver recruitment-specific sales training for new starters, experienced hires, and consultants
  • Contribute to global projects, including the LXP rollout and core learning journey redesign
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on virtual and face-to-face training delivery
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering management, sales, and soft skills training
  • Experience in recruitment, content design, and project work is highly desirable
  • Learner-centric approach, with a commitment to excellence and accountability
