Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans and curriculum materials
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
  • Providing individualized support and guidance to students as needed
  • Contributing to the development of assessments and evaluations to measure student progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Experience working with SEMH students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching and learning

Compensation:

We offer a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
