Learning and Development Specialist

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering accredited pre-employment qualifications within the Express Logistics sector. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £30,000 + bonus potential.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing their diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted. You will also be required to embed Maths, English and ICT skills into your delivery, developing tailored training/workshops and adopting a more personalised approach for individuals requiring more support.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET) or equivalent is essential.
- A recognised Assessor award would be ideal, although not essential as our client can upskill.
- You must have experience of working within the Warehouse and Logistics sector.
- Comfortable with online and group-based training delivery is a must.
- A full clean driving licence and own vehicle are required.
- Flexibility with travel is also necessary.
