About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Manager. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the Academy's mission and values.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will work closely with our team to ensure that students receive the best possible education and support.

Salary Information:
£25,855 - £28,086 per annum (Grade F, points 17-22).
