Learning and Development Coach

AJ Bell Management Limited is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Coach to join our team. As a Learning and Development Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences for our employees, helping them develop the skills they need to succeed in their roles.

This role involves designing and delivering training sessions on our talent development programme, working closely with the delivery team and wider Learning and Development functions. You will also be responsible for evaluating existing material to ensure it remains fit for purpose.

The successful candidate will have a coaching qualification (Level 5 or work experience equivalent) and previous experience of talent development training preparation, delivery, and evaluation. They will also have knowledge of regulatory training requirements.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes a range of benefits including 25 days' holiday entitlement, pension scheme, and health cash plan.
