Channel Implementation Team Lead

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Channel Implementation Team Lead. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
The Channel Implementation Team Lead will be responsible for:
- Analyzing functional specifications and coordinating team efforts;
- Ensuring project success and aligning the team with strategic objectives;
- Maintaining team alignment with requirements, risks, and quality of the project;
- Preparing discovery questions and participating in lead qualification meetings;
- Following up on issue defects reports and integrating quality results into project plan updates;
- Updating documentation regarding tasks and code;
- Creating accurate reports for task status, remaining estimates, etc.;
- Validating defects reported and providing guidance on priority and next steps;
- Coordinating with the rest of the team to sync and assess risks and their impact on the project;
- Removing roadblocks for team members (by providing answers or facilitating getting them).
Requirements
- Previous experience in leading software development teams;
- Experience in Industry Clouds, including FSC;
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and switch focus quickly;
- Understanding of customer business needs and priorities;
- Good English skills.
